I purchased the following live plants:
 
Ecuadoran Hot Lemon and Jamaican Hot Chocolate Habanero (because I never have had success germinating these), Cayenne Golden, and Ristra Cayenne Hybrid (which failed to germinate; 0 for 14).
 
I also bought two live plant varieties of sauce tomatoes from Burpee (three each of Roma and SuperSauce Hybrid).

Picked up some 50-cell coir starter kits today, $1.49 each. I see them on the Interwebz for $15-$25 apiece. SCORE!
 
Thanks to all, I will try to post a lot of pics as things progresss.
 
Last year was really good, I can only hope to have the same level of success this year.

I was looking around for a few more peppers to add to the list, and I ran across Chocolate Jay's Ghost Scorpion on Ford's, but they are out-of-stock.
 
Also thought about Brazilian Ghost and Kraken Scorpion...

I have one left. If you want it, I will send it to you Monday. I only had 2 seeds from a fellow THP member, I am growing one as that's all I need.
 
Got started with the setup today; shelving, lights (not on yet) heat mats with controllers, and of course, starter trays.
 
I use coir plugs, soak them good in hot water, then put on the humidity domes  and put them on the heat mats, controllers set to 80°F.
 
When the plugs get 'heated up', I will add the seeds (probably Sunday).

Added two more plugs of BBM, and two plugs of Trindad Scorpion Peach.

The blue dates are when the non-starting plugs were re-seeded. Still need at least one Ristra Cayenne to pop...

Changed a few.
 
Got all cells filled.
 
Still thinking about a third tray... maybe only partial.
 
EDIT #2 Sunday 2/7:
 
Found a duplicate in TRAY#2, added the Reaper/Naga Morich cross.
 
Realized I forgot the Fatali Gourmet Jigsaw, so I had to delete two California Wonder bells.
 
Deleted a Big Guy Jalapeno to add the Spiky Yellow 7-Pot (I hope this one grows true, it was a really cool looking pod! See the last pic in this post, and here).
 
 
Anyway, got all seeds in except the Chocolate Jay's Ghost Scorpion, the Premium Big Red Mama, and the 7-Pot Primo, which I am waiting to arrive in the mail.
 
I am going to try to keep track of germination times this year.

EDIT #3 Monday 2/8:
 
Chocolate Jay's Ghost Scorpion and Big Red Mama Premium arrived today; got them in. Hopefully, the Primos will be here soon.
 
EDIT #4 Wednesday 2/10:
 
Primo seeds arrived, all seeds now in the trays.
 
Also, modified tray layouts to reflect date seeds sown (S), date germinated (G), and date transplanted into 3 inch pots (T). I will try to keep this updated at least once a week, if not more often.
 
 
EDIT #5 Saturday 3/12
 
Transplanted 28 more, had to consildate the remaining plugs into one tray:

Ristra Cayenne and Venezuelan Tiger had no successful germination after two trys and have been eliminated from the tray.
 
I ran out of 3 inch pots to transplant into, need to go to the nursery.

A SRTSL and one of the Brown Large Scorpion cross also hooked at six days.
