All the leaves falling off top of plants

All of the leaves are falling off of the top of my plants. I don't know what to do. This happened last year and was bad news...
 
Looks kind of pathetic with one half sized pod at the top of a stick.
 
Lots of rain makes me suspect overwatering. There is a slight yellowing on the leaves left on the end of some branches.
 
Don't want to rule out anything else so that is why I am asking for other opinions.
 
I did transplant about 5 days ago but they looked healthy up till a day or so ago. They are only my bigger plants and it seems to be happening on only one side of the scorpion plant, but spreading.
 
No bacterial or insect issue as  far as I can tell.

Mine did the exact same thing after about 7-10 days of straight rain. I lost mainly larger, lower leaves though and some general wilting of the plants. Leaves turned yellow and fell off...Had 3-4 days of no rain and they seem to have come back. I'm saying it's simply overwatering. Try to keep them as dry as possible and they should do okay.
