I have three photos of three pods from the same Pimenta Leopard plant. Most pods are dark purple/green. But, then there is one that is solid orange. I thought these pods ripen to red/purple, no?
EDIT: I just picked two pods, each is solid orange/red. The rest are green and dark purple. Something ain't right.
