Angkor Sunrise

i just believe i correctly identified one of my pepper plants and i now am 98% sure that what i have is Angkor sunrise, I hear they turn red when ripe, not sure what or how is the best way to eat these or prepare them or has any one one here ever eaten this or cooked with it. tabasco variety c.frutescene from cambodia. with very long season

Not sure what camera you are using but try to back up a little bit, sometimes the camaera has a hard time focusing up close.

Blackberry Camera phone is awesome. Well I have the Storm 9530 and its great. If that's what you got (even if its not) try pressing the button half way so it will do a focus adjustment, then press all the way.
