Another case of mis-labelling! What is this mystery pepper?

Yeah so, I tend to do this a lot so far. I mis label everything!
 
I had it labeled as chocolate habenero and gave it to a friend as such. Turns out, it definitely not a choc hab! It is not even a pepper I can identify that I even have seeds to.
 
Anyone know what possibly it could be???

No, I grew pepperoncini last year. Nothing like it. Different leaves.  Different pod.
