On the edge of the first leaf, that is not a reflection.

I have overwatered my plants causing edema, so could this also be caused by overwatering?
I have not fertilized this plant yet, except for the Miracle Grow Soil it was planted in.
Also, I recently got a new LED grow light and I put it closer than was recommended in the manual. So could it be leaf burn?

Looking at how deep green colored those c.chinense leaves are, they dont seems to need more fertilizer for a while and maybe you left some water on top of the leaf and it acted like a magnifying lens for led growing light.

I posted this on another website and someone said it could be pests. Could that be possible? Because last night I saw a small shiny brown moth flying around. I checked my plants and found nothing on them except a couple fungus gnats, but they don't do anything to the leaves, right?

Fungus gnats dont do nothing to the leaves and the marks in the leaves dont matter much if the rest of the plant look ok.

I had some do this to me last season, ended up being a result from having my light to close. Might I suggest, snip it off, and look at your set up.see if an adjustment is needed.
