One of the resturants that I am talking to about making my sauces for asked me for a "Gimmick" Sauce. Something original....something unbelievably HOT....something that nobody else has ever had. Well I figured out the perfect answer to their request. However one of the main ingridients is outlawed here in Ohio. I do remember reading that the product is outlawed for sale and consumtion but can be bought and used in other products. Where or who could I check with to find out for sure? and also does having a customer sign a waiver cover you in any way or are the "waivers" just a gimmick as well?
