Anybody Ever Use LED and T8 Together????

I was just wondering as a newbie if anyone has tried using LED and T8 lights at the same time together or is that just a waste of electricity?

I don't think it would be a waste at all:-)
I've used CFLs with my led panel in past grows with good results.
I'm growing now just with my led panel just to show that it can.

But adding more light? Nothing wrong with that.
