Are these only the first ones ripe or is the shape representative of all of them? Two of them seem more pointed than the other two. The more pointed ones look too pointed for a cherry or cascabel and make me suspect these are just undersized jalapenos. Do they have the faint bitterness and jalapeno-y taste? A pic of the plant might help.
My neighbor across the street has a plant in his back yard, and the seed came from his Mother in Mexico. His is a Pequin, and the peppers you have look very similar.
