pests Aphids & Wasp Larva Mummies

I took a look at an over-wintered red hab and found these under some of the leaves. I had previously sprayed underneath with soapy water. Are these "remains" due to the soup, or are these mummified from a parasite wasp? If these are mummies, where are all the wasps?!

I'd say they are remains from the soup. I don't think there is a parasitic wasp small enough to use aphids for a host. I do see some live aphids still so keep souping them.

I'm not sure what that is but I don't think its soap.
