Just got turned on to a retail offering from a small town in Texas

They are jap's with a heavy apple pie influence(seasoning)
Think Bread and Butter,then ramp up the direction of apple pie seasonings
They were actully pretty damn good,the heat was pretty lame but the sauce was pretty amazing
Being "retail" I see much room for "better" as the profile can be easily ramped up in a smaller kitchen
Useing supers in the mix would be pretty damn tasty
