I traded a forum member and ended up with some seeds labeled "Bahamian Goat." I sprouted 2 and are growing under lights now. I just started reading:
The Complete Chile Pepper Book: A Gardener's Guide to Choosing, Growing, Preserving, and Cooking. The author was describing Scotch Bonnets and stated that another name for them was Bahamian Goats. This contradicts some of my internet research that described the Bahamian Goat Pepper as native to the Bahamas, and even described an initiative to keep the strain pure, by growing in isolation.
Which source is correct? Am I or am I not growing Scotch Bonnets?
