After trying a boatload of hot sauces over the years, I still find myself hankering for a superb collection of 3 sauces called Bustelo's Hot Pepper Sauces(Habanero,Chipotle,and Hot Pepper) They were from California in the late 90's and the unique thing about these sauces was that they were aged in used oak wine casks from the Sonoma Valley.Unbelievable flavour profile set these apart from any other sauces I have tried. Is it even possible that someone can still purchase the Bustelo"s products anywhere?Are there any other hot sauces out there that are aged in oak wine casks? Anyone else have the pleasure of tasting these wonderful sauces? Just wonderin... habahead
