health Aussie noob with brown spots

This is my first time growing chillis, and I've moved a couple of small plants into a grow tent with CFLs to try and get them through winter.
Today I noticed some brown spots on one plant.
It's one of those unidentified "Fothergills Razzamatazz" from Bunnings (grown from seed).
Is this "bacterial leaf spot"?

can you get a shot of the underside of the leaf?

Difficult to get a photo of it without the light coming in through the leaf..
The bottom of the leaf looks OK to the naked eye - no visible spots.

could be BLS...I can't really tell from the photos but it the centers of the spots have a dark circle around them and the center gets paper thin, that's a good sign of BLS...

Should I remove the dodgy leaf? And/or segregate the entire plant?
All the other leaves look to be OK.
