want to check my understanding

I don't have the space to separate by space and wanted to confirm that bagging pepper plants with tulle is only preventing them from bug pollination, and does not prevent wind pollination.

if this is the case, what is the point?

or does bagging prevent both wind and bug pollination?
 
Not saying wind doesn't spread pollen with pepper plants, but how much do we seeing drifting through the air. Corn and other plants you see a lot of it.

I know, i know....it is still there.

I keep my "isolation plants" in 5 gallon buckets. Allowing me to space them farther and perpendicular to the wind tunnel the house causes so they are upwind of the garden but not of each other.
