Bailey Farms, Inc

I like their Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce and also their
website, which contains a veritable buttload of recipes,
with many given for each variety of chile.

Just look at all these recipes!

They have recipes using chilies I've neither tasted nor
seen for sale around here such as Cascabel, Cubanelle,
Rocoto, Hungarian Wax and Yellow Caribe. Lots of recipes
also for chilies I have seen but never used to cook with.

I just took a quick look at their recipie page, that's one hell of a catalog of what appears to be good eatin. Definately gonna bookmark that for some purusing

Thanks for this post, Robbie!

Just found and made a recipe for Serrano Rum, which I adapted by using ~10% 43 mixed with Cruzan Single Barrel, four varieties of chilis, cinnamon and cloves. A taste test this evening reveals rum that tastes like a "red hot" candy.

Incredible!

Should be an interesting addition to drinks. Very good!
