I've seen several jobito crosses floating out there, but this chocolate one and it's "hab level" heat have me intrigued. I could see it smoke roasted with some sweet red bells and then cooked in a sauce with some dried pequins and fresh garlic & onion. Maybe a touch of cider vinegar to balance the acid and the some buckwheat or clover honey to round it all out. Golden raisins might work too...
