smoking Bbq HOT wings

So I had a few friends over for dinner. Luckily 1 of them likes hot stuff so I tried this. I made what I would call Honey Habanero bbq sauce. Threw a couple chocolate habs in there for some heat. I am pretty surprised at how good they were. It was my First attempt at a sauce, needless to say I had my fingers crossed. Got really good reviews on the flavor eventhough they were too spicy for my friends. My girlfriend had one and she loved the flavor it just burned her up..

Also, the big grill is being difficult so I had to use the little charcoal one..

Congrats on some great looking wings. I like the skin when it has been subjected to a good amount of heat. Save the planet, it's the only one with peppers.
