New sauce! Almost 5 month west indie habanero ferment. Roasted red peppers I had in the freezer from last years grow (pepper of the north variety). Cooked down on an open fire with maple and pecan wood. Local wild flower honey. Apple cider vin. The color GLOWS in the light! Available directly on IG if you are interested!
