breeding Bell pepper hybrid

Dont know if this is even possible.. I want to a bell pepper hybrid thats as hot as a ghost or even a habanero..   Maybe if its possible ill even try my reapers with it.. Anyone ever try this>?    All you have to do is have both flower by each other and hope all the little buggies fly back and forth and cross pollinate these 2 and then take those seeds and try growing those right?
 
Sorry if this is somewhere else on how to do such things.. Took my ambien and its kickn in hard lol. hard to type.

I think you should be a bit more proactive than relying on insects.  I think it was Pepper-Guru pasted an excellent pictorial on crossing peppers yesterday.
