bell pepper not doing good

My bell pepper is in my raised bed with  the Thai and banana peppers  its been doing just fine like the rest of them which are standing tall and no discolorations  tried to not water that spot  the last few days At night it will lift the leaves Just a little bit  but morning its all hanging down again

what makes the leaves droop so bad no spots or yellowing on the leaves? has a half grown bell and 2 just started
 
Looks like it needs water especially wit da heat hitting hard some places , that's how my plants look wen dey need water.
 
it wasnt a water problem  we dug it up and moved it to the back yard  in a 5 gallon pot getting worse leaves hanging all the way down dropped all its half grown  bell peppers off  i think shes not gunna make it!  unless i find some super cure
