indoor Best method of indoor pollenation

Since I'm growing my plants indoors, and most of my plants have flowers, I'm wondering what would be the best method of pollenating the flowers. I do have Q-Tips, but am somewhat concerned that I'd do more damage than good, so should I go with something more gentle, like soft-bristle brushes from an art store? Or is there something better?

All you need is a fan or just shake the plant a few times a day

I have had good luck with my finger tips as well especially for my Rocotto's - I have also used Q-tips when the flowers are smaller or plentiful

The other thing to know is that chiles are self-pollinating. I just run a fan.

I have either just ran a fan or shake the main stalk here and there and they produce a good amount, my first harvest of test plant was about 75-80 peppers, after i got my load i offed the plant.
