Best numbers for fertilizing blooming/producing plants?

My plants are either making flower buds, blooming, or have pods on them. I haven't given them much fertilizer at all this season and want to give them some nutrients because they've been getting much bigger lately. I have 18-18-21, 15-30-15, and a bag of bonemeal.  What amount of which would be the best for them? Thanks.

i use the 18-18-21 at this stage, and my plants grew 2 times the size and now have flowers and pods.
use as directed on the box/package and all should be fine

You should follow the directions on the package. Although a bit less than directed would be better than over fertilizing. And in general, it is said that a high P (middle number) is more helpful to fruiting plants. However keep in mind that just because you provide it, doesn't mean they will use it.

Box says one tbl spoon per gallon, is that how you've used it?

i have a 2 gallon watering can that i put 1.5 tablespoons in and thats how i do it.
