hot-sauce Best "very Hot" sauce in Tennessee ??

My mate Dougie will be travelling through the southern USA over the next couple of weeks his trip will be terminating at Graceland !

Dougie loves hot stuff i keep him supplied with bonnets and Superhots which he loves ! Ive seen him munch my Scotch bonnets raw ! A man who put my 7 Pot douglah on a pizza his wife thought he was having a heart attack Dougie said to me Stevie they were brilliant !

Can anyone recommend any tasty "hot" sauce that Dougie will be able to easily find on his travels ?

And not " Joe public " "Hot" my mate crazy Dougie hot !
