I've been making Brownies with Scotch Bonnets and other peppers for a long time . I simple LOVE them !! I've used chopped up frozen peppers and dried. The dried pepper blended better for me .

I've made chocolate chip copkies too. And if you have friends who suck up all the sweets and you're getting vexed about about it ..... step the heat up !!
