Bhut Jolokia - Is This A Sign of Nutrient Deficiency

Only my Bhut Jolokia have a dark purple or black color (not for sure what the color is) on the leaves, my Habanero Orange do not, they are both growing in the same soil and being feed the same food in the same grow box. Is it normal for Bhut Jolokia to look like this?

Here are a couple of pictures of my Bhut Jolokia.

:welcome: from sunny South Florida! :woohoo:

And those little guys are looking just fine!

Welcome,
thats completely normal....High intensity cool temperature bulbs or lamps will do that to the young seedlings. A nutrient high in Potash can increase the chances. The new growth will appear green on the Bhut Jolokia. My mature Bhuts normally have darker wavy leaves which are also common with the other Naga's...

Enjoy this site ....theres some good insight here.

Thank you for the Welcome! And the input about my Bhut Jolokia!

This is the fiirst year I am using an indoor grow light to grow with to help get my plants ready for outdoors, in the past I have been just using window light. The light I am using is a Full Daylight Spectrum 125 watt compact fluorescent grow bulb with a Rated Initial Lumens 7,000 and a Color Temp 6400K.

Here is a picture of me using the grow light before I removed the dome earlier this month.
