Bhut Jolokia Pepper Leaves Curling

My Bhut Jolokia Peppers were transplanted about 1 month ago and they seemed to be doing fine but over the past 3 weeks or so, the leaves have been curling really badly. I realized that the plant was getting severely overwatered, and the constant rain we've been getting here in Maryland hasn't done them much good either. Could this be overwatering? Or something else.

What have you been feeding them? Overwatering usually results in yellowing and dropping leaves.

I haven't been feeding at all. All of my other pepper plants are doing just fine. All of my plants have slow release fertilizer in the miracle gro soil

Those plants are too young to need extra food yet - they still have their cotyledons, whose purpose is to feed the developing plant. I would agree with the overwatering assessment since the leaves are rather yellowed and curled a tad. Just back off the watering and things should right themselves.
