You should have peppers by now, or very very soon. You might not be doing something right. Fert, watering, lights, pollinating????

if it has not started flowering yet, you may need less nitrogen and /or more phosphorus, if it has flowered and just hasn't set peppers, has it been too windy or too hot, has it been really wet, even if all conditions are correct bhut often drop there first few flowers, but if u r using hig nitrogen ferts cut back, add some bone meal or some high phosphorus nutes, and just hang in there it will happen

I have flowers look super healthy for a couple days I'm using that alaska fish fertilizer that 511 I don't know if I'm over watery them using to much fert? the bottle says a tablespoon per gallon every feeding? oh and the bloom that alaskan fish fertilizer 0 1010 the same tablespoons per gallon?

Well if you have flowers (that stay on the plant) you will soon have fruit.
