Bhutan Leaf Question

What the heck is going on here? All of my other varities are fine however this one from Bhutan seems to be sick... the leaves feel gristly

Any ideas and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

can we get a picture of the whole plant too? i am not expert but it may be edema. looks like you may be over watering it.
but i am sure an expert will chime in here soon!

Thank you! I searched edema with chillies and sure enough that is what my plant has. I have taken it out of the grow tent and will see if it recovers not being in the humidity of the tent. The pepper being from the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, the weather is very dry hence why it probably doesn't like the humidity.
