bhuts dont like beets

So i planted a bhut plant next to my beets. Barely grew. This past weekend i plucked beets and now my bhut is growing at a great rate

Bhuts dont like beets!
 
Has to be! They barely grew for 2 months! I remove beets and the start growing!

Or could be from more sun exposure. Idk!!!
 
LOL, I thought for sure you meant "beats" and not "beets". Thats pretty odd, but in my experience sometime bhuts will just sit there doing nothing for a period. I have two red bhuts that were about 12 inches tall last week. All the other bhuts are 4-5' tall, all started the same time, all in the same soil, same watering schedule. This week they have already put on about another 12 inches. No idea why, none of the other plants got a growth spurt of any kind.
