pests Big bug in grow tent - friend or foe?

I found this guy roaming around my grow tent today.
Anyone know what it is? Is he here to eat my plants, or to eat my aphids.
Also noticed some nasty holes in a few leaves today too (bottom right photo).

ive been told all bugs in austrailia will kill you.
so i would kill that.

google eucalyptus beetle or in a short answer foe for you down there.

The only way to be 100% sure is to cut its stomach open and see what's in there.

Thanks, that's him. I've never seen one around here before, I'm guessing he was a freebie with my last delivery of peppermint gum firewood.
