Big Jim Seed Offer

I got these peppers from one of my customers. He is from Las Cruces, NM, and sometime in
Feb or March, he went on some kind of religious hike up a mountain. He asked me what I wanted,
and I said pepper seeds. He came back with Big Jim's. I took a little taste and do not detect any
heat. Taste good and has a sweet flavor. These were picked when they were red as you can see
in the picture. I did not clean these peppers yet so that whitish stuff on them is not mold, more like
dust. I have a lot of seeds, and I almost got 100% germination. If anyone wants some, post here.

Don't know much about them to be honest, are they tasty, could you plz describe the taste please? If you don't mind. I'd be keen, but I have very little knowledge of Mexican chillies. I have lots of seeds but am doing Central and South America next year. I'd be interested if you had more information about flavour. What would you use those for, mate?

These dried one's my customer said to make a sauce with them. The sauce you can use them in any
mexican dish like enchiladas, etc...I know the fresh one's you can grill or make chili rellenos. Sorry I
can't describe flavor. I know these are not hot, and you do have to burn the skin's off of them if your
eating them in chili rellenos. A lot of members grow these, maybe they can describe the flavor.
