Biotone Starter Plus, What strength?

I am using fertilome ultimate which is a peat based mix with no nutes.
I added 1/4 strength for their recommended feeding for starting plants.
Will this be enough for my little seedlings. They have 2 true leaves and are barely starting the next ones.
I am worried that they are talking about taking well established seedlings 5-6" and planting them not little seedlings.
Do you think their full recommended dose would burn them?>

Better less than more with seedlings that small. People also give weak doses to full sized plants, they just feed them more often.
 
Checking out the Biotone Starter Plus data sheet, it looks like partial slow release, which means it would probably not burn the plant. If you are concerned with overdose then maybe give it another 1/4 dose in a week or so (meaning a 1/2 dose total over that time period). That's the most i would personally try, especially if they are being kept in cooler temps.
