annuum Black jalapeno and black hungarian wax

Ok,so I ordered some black jalapeno seeds from one vendor and some black Hungarian seeds from another. Are they the same pepper,just different names? Because the pods look almost identical.
 
they are different but similar the Hungarian is not as hot and i like the flavor of the Hungarian a bit better, the plant of the hungarian is very nice looking with its black foliage
they are both also similar to Black Czech

not really sure, you have to be careful, you might be right it could be a marketing name
i have not heard of a Black Jal till recently, so it could be one in the same
