Got my hands on some of this. If you like Garlic, mild heat, and habanero mixed together, this is the sauce for you. Though not listed as a possible use, I found this to be an excellent steak sauce, bar none!
1/3 to 1/2 bttle per steak is not an unusual amount to use per meal. There is no biting heat, just flavor, with a really nice 'warmth' that creeps up on you. It's a pleasant warmth that can cause you sweat a little, with no other side/after effects. I consider it a "must-have" for anybody that likes to use any sauce on a steak.
