I recently bought a bottle of Blair's Ultra Death directly from Blair's site. I heard not only did this have great heat but pretty good flavor as well. Here's my take on it: First of all the sauce is pourable at room temperature but it will thicken substantially when refridgerated. The flavor is that of extract, but there also are some good chili flavors in there as well to provide a good balance. Heatwise it is probably third on my list of sauces I have had, behind Da bomb the Final Answer at #1 and Mad Dog 357 collector's edition at #2. I tried a teaspoon of it neat and I could feel the heat in the back of my throat and in my ears like I normally do with ultra hots. But fortunately while my stomach did hurt a little bit afterwards I did not get the intense cramping like with mad dog and da bomb tfa.
Would I recommend ultra death? Absolutely. The flavor is about as good as you are going to find with a sauce of ultra death's caliber. Novices would want to use extreme caution though.
