I just got this in the mail. The labeling is very nice. A 'mini' chili-head angel with a guitar, complete with a pepper and flames.
Ingredients: Lemon Juice, Cider Vinegar, Fresh Red Savina Habaneros Peppers, Tomato, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Pepper, Black Pepper, Suger, Salt, Garlic, Xanthan Gum.
I can taste the tomato and garlic at first sip. Then the peppers come on with more flavor. A little heat kicks in then, but it isn't bad. about a 3-4, I think.
But the finish is excellent! I can taste pepper for 1/2 an hour afterwards.
It's not too thick to pour, with lots of body to it.
This is a great 'All Around' sauce quit suitable for 'average' people and chili-heads alike.
I drank about a 1/4 of the bottle writing this! It tastes that good!
