Maybe I'm doing something wrong, can't get these to germinate across different methods.... Is there anything different they require other peppers generally don't?
Tried presoak to starting mix, presoak to moist paper towel, presoak to removing part of the casing to paper towel, 0% across 10 seeds.... I've had 66-100% with all of my seeds from thesame source with presoak to starting mix on the balcony across 3 seeds except for these....
