food-bev Bought a Roaster :)

Well my last hot air popper died and no more old style to be found so I decided to buy a proper Coffee Roaster.
So learning the process since now you adjust the temps manually etc.
Can do bigger batches so saves time compared to my Popper.
Real Happy with it.

That is the SR800 or the SR540?

I was in the roasting hobby a few years ago and purchased a few different types of coffee roasters along the way. The air roasted SR800 was my favorite of the three. I strongly prefer the taste of air roasted coffee beans over my poorly roasted beans in a drum roaster (still too smoky and bitter), and the SR800 is more fun to experiment with too. Great choice!
