food Breaking Bread

Experiment.
Beer Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup working beer
hand full Raisins
1 tsp Caraway
Nutmeg
Cinamon
Avacado oil
Salt

Mixed all together till together.
Left over night in fridge (beer yeast slow working, I would leave it out next time). Baked 400f for 25min, small flat bread was fine for higher heat.
Was very yummy :D

Nice looking bread! I've been on a sourdough pizza/flatbread kick. Erm, adding sourdough to anything, really - sweet breads, savory breads, pancakes...

Another Soda Bread yesterday.
50/50 Fife and Sprouted Buckwheat with dried tomatoes and oregano. Still light , nice crunchy crust. I used 1tsp Soda this time instead of 3/4 to 2cups flour, too much, can taste the soda so 3/4tsp max. Spongy no crumbling, Ate most of it yesterday :D

Raisin Bread.
Fife Flour, Thompson Raisins with citrus peels. A bit overdone, was distracted enjoying my coffee cake I made before. Was real nice taste and nice chewy crust. Doing another one today.

That chipotle powder is making me sneeze! That looks great I'd slap tomato on top to wet the rub and sandwich it inside.
