disease-pests Brown Spots...

Plant is starting to get brown spots all over the "buds".. any idea why? Can i fix it or is it doomed?

Its also brown where all the branches connect to the stems

Hard to say. Can you post a pic of the plant overall and also where the branches connect to the stems? How are the leaves? Have you used a jeweler's loupe to see if you can find any mites?

Havent found any mites. Havent found any aphids. A small spider i let hang around

The leaves themselves look ok. No brown spots on them. No dark veins.

Probably bacteria spread by rain or top watering leaves instead of directly onto soil.  I'd avoid both for a while.

We did have a heavy rain a couple days ago.. anything we should do to clear it up or just give it time?
