What kind of a bug is this? I've seen a few of these on and around my chili plants. This one seemed like it was actually sucking on one of the leaves. Sorry it's not the best pic, but the best I could get.
I also just found another winged aphid on the same plant. Squished that little bastard, but it appears that they're trying to come back!
