pests Bug/Insect/thing ID

Sorry, no pic, it was too small for my phone and moved too fast anyways.... It was small, white/creamy with what appeared like a smaller red ball on top of it. Most likely a nymph of some kind of bug/insect. Being in Okinawa, I'm sure I have alot of strange bugs and insects to worry about. It didn't seem to be doing any harm, but I've never seen it before.
 
google "Okinawa insects" in the image section....
 
I'd suggest trying to grab a picture anyway.

People may complain about the image quality, but it's better than trying to guess without it. It could literally be anything without a picture.
 
Honestly spent all day at work going through google images.... Given its size and color, assuming it is a nymph of something....
