Are these bugs bad for my peppers

top one looks sorta like a stink bug. Treat it with hostility.
 
Second one just looks like a simple cricket. It should be okay.

I am thinking wheel bug, too, for the top pic. It doesn't have some of the common characteristics of a stink bug. Sure, there are a lot of varieties of stink bugs, but they all have some common traits/appearance that this doesn't have.
