seeds bulk seeds

Has anyone ever ordered from a large supplier instead of the smaller pepper oriented suppliers? I know they won't have the super hots or rare / new / not mainstream peppers, but common ones that are top sellers at the market are pretty cheap.

i noticed hazzards seeds is mentioned once. 250 seeds 5-10$ 
list of peppers
fatalii 7$
lemon 7$
 
sandia has limited selection but ~ 2000 seeds per 15$
 
mainstreet has limited selection but about 1 cent per seed

As you can see they beat the pants off a per unit price of the smaller pepper oriented suppliers like joe,buckeye,pepperlover etc.

I have looked at seedsavers.  They have a small but interesting selection of peppers, and you can get large amounts of seeds for pretty cheap.

yeah that one is really cheap but like only a few varietys of peppers

Do you need that quantity of seeds or you just want to buy from them because its cheaper? If the second, then I would still buy from small pepper oriented suppliers, but that's just me.
Don't know about the others, but Judy@pepperlover always gives more seeds than listed, not to mention about the free "gift" varieties and her prices are just super.
It is best to use "fresh" seeds, if you keep them for years and years their success of germination will drop continuously.
