but it's running about $9/gal for cider vinegar on that site by the drum or by the gallon. I order through my local grocery store at 12% over their wholesale price and I'm getting cider vinegar for a lot less than that.
If you have a specific brand that you prefer, contact that brand and ask who their bulk distributors are. They can refer you to a local supplier or at least get a special order processed through existing channels.
I was trying to source organic tahini a couple years ago. I ended up calling the tahini company and working out a special order through an existing distributor.
It helps if you have a good working relationship with either a local store that will sell to you at a little over wholesale or a restaurant supply store. Restaurant supply stores should be able to source it for you, but at what mark-up?
