Bump under leaves. Should i be worried.

Hi all. Trying to grow super hots. Last year tried to winter a plant indoor but had to get rid of it because of aphids. Cleaned and bleached everything.
This year started Carolina reapers and chocolate reapers from seeds. Looked under some of the leafs and noticed some small whitish bumps. Thought they might be aphids so looked under 30x and 60x magnification. Definitely not insects. Just bumps. Should i be worried. Could these be eggs or fungus? Hope it is nothing to bad as will be hard to get new plants in time for planting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Growing cureently under LED grow light. Sould is mix of starting mix, vermiculite, perlite. With some seedling fertilizer.

Aye it is a very common problem Rev...Could be over watering, high humidity or not enough airflow that is the cause. Try getting some fans on it and making sure your plants dry out before you water those bad boys eh.

I had some myself just aboot a week ago and took care of it pretty quickly.

Thank you so much The_NorthEast_ChileMan and CDNmatt.

This makes a lot of sense. A few of my seedlings died from drying out and I think I started overwatering now. I also did not have a fan in the room. I will put a fan in and reduce watering.
