Butch T Scorpion ?

I bought this plant as a Butch T Scorpion but all the photos online all have the traditional tails on them. I have several peppers on this plant and none have that Scorpion-like tail on them. The larger pepper thats turning color is close to 3 inches. Any idea what this is ?

that doesn't look too off actually, not all pods will look picture perfect like the press photos they float around.

Thats what I was expecting. Maybe after the first batch of pods come off and it produces a second batch they will look like those you grew last year. The ones I have a really big pods and look pretty gnarly.

those were pretty good size , well i gotta say all of them were with the exception of the last ones before fall .  if they don't turn out for you i got seeds from mine if you need some for next season .
