It's cooked down longer than puree but not to paste so good for BBQ sauce making etc. instead of adding water to paste, or cooking down puree, it's more ready to go for such applications...

i found a place that sells pure chipotle powder 1/2 pound for 5 clams, makes for a nice additive to add the smoke. cheers!

I think iv'e had that at the fiery foods show but i'm not sure.  Wow i could use a pound of that chipotle powder for my bbq rubs and for cooking.
