baccatum can any body identify this C. Baccatum

I have 2 plants growing of this C. Baccatum variety growing, can anyone identify it?

From the one pic I have, it appears the peito de moca pods do not grow upright but it could still possibly be it.

from brazil as ripe this one taste really good could be used as ornemental if growen in small pot it has sweet taste cold tolerant pepper grows only one foot or less
 
The pods started out yellow, turing to cream, now as in the pics, no further color changes yet. Also it is a large bushy plant approx 90cm/36" high and wide and covered in pods.
